I admit, I’m going to post about these candles more than once this holiday because what Beth has created here is pretty incredible. I never thought I would use the words “life changing” and “candles” in the same sentence without knocking myself out with the power of my own eye-roll but Beth and her candles really have made a huge shift in my world. (And knowing her has made my life happier, too.) Each candle is created with a particular trait and affirmation in mind – and the practice of lighting whichever one resonates with you at a particular time and just speaking those words out loud, combined with the scent you connect with it, is a very powerful thing. I have all my little soldiers lined up in a row at the front of my desk (and some new ones coming – video soon!) and each morning, when all is quiet, I choose which one I feel I want or need to experience the most that day. (Happen to be using a lot of “I Am Resilient” and “I Am Connected” these last few weeks…and I carry the tiny tins with me when I travel to use and stay in an inspired place when I’m in a new place! They’re just wonderful.
