Friends – beautiful, brilliant friends at the BAFTA games awards. Here’s to all the beautiful creators I am lucky enough to call friends and colleagues…here’s to what they do and what we all do together. And to having a blast doing it.
(And yes, that look on my face in that first picture is full of ”I told you so” because of our beautiful, brilliant, humble Abubakar Salim and Surgent Studios win for Tales of Kenzera:ZAU (standing with him and beautiful Alix Wilton Regan, not only a sweet and wildly talented lady, but his EP on Zau as well). I’ve been shouting about this dear man and this game since he first spoke about it – such a beautiful story, both of the birth of the game in his mind and heart and within the game itself. (Not to mention a truly addictive game that stole way too many hours of my time, but was so worth it. ) Get thee to your game platform of choice and play NOW.
